It’s Jupiter . . . by Jove!!!! But this planet SINGS.

That’s right, NASA’s Cassini space probe listened to an eerie melody as it approached the giant planet Jupiter in the year 2000. Cassini picked up weird space "sounds" at a distance of 23 million km (14 million miles) from Jupiter on December 8. When the low-radio frequency patterns were converted to audible waves, the sound came out like the dim whistle from an alien windpipe. According to NASA scientists, the sound occurs when a thin gas of charged particles streaming out from the sun crashes into Jupiter’s magnetic field.
